Description

Two bear limit, spot and stalk in the ripening grain and oat fields. There is a comfortable camp with brand new cook and dinning shack. Sleeping quarter are equipped with individual rooms and showers. This is a 6 day spot and stalk hunt in one of Alberta's most northern agriculture areas. Being surrounded by thousands of acres of forest, bears travel long distances to feed in ripening grain fields to fatten up for the long winter ahead. At this time, the bears are huge and their fur is in prime condition. Outfitter hunts mostly private land with little to no hunting pressure from others. This hunt can be done with archery or rifle. There is a two bear limit with unbelievable success rates year after year.

    Refund Policy:

    50% non refundable deposit upon booking. Remaining 50% due before June 1st of hunting year. If hunt is canceled after June 1st, second 50% will be refunded only if outfitter or hunter finds replacement hunter.

    Description

    This is a 6 day two bear limit area which gives you the opportunity to be picky on the bear you choose to take. Hunter can expect to do as much walking as is comfortable but tri-pod or tree stand hunting can be arranged as well. Hunter will hunt mornings and evenings. Conditions being optimal you can see upwards of 20+ bears daily. Color phase bear numbers have been on the rise in the last few years.

    We recently setup a new camp in 2019. Sleeping quarters with individual rooms and showers for each hunter. Brand new cook shack/cabin for dinning and socializing.

    Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

    Transportation will be provided during the hunt. Final destination Grand Prairie, or Edmonton, Alberta. Hunter will be responsible to rent a car and drive roughly 3 hours to camp.

    Description

    Bring warm, quiet clothing, water proof boots and rain gear. Bring enough ammunition to ensure your rifle is still sighted in at the beginning of the week and to last your hunt. You may bring your own shooting sticks but it's not absolutely necessary as your guide will have theirs as well.
